Have you ever joined a gym and felt lost? Are you putting in the work every day, but not seeing any results? Or are you simply struggling to stay committed to your fitness? It might be time to consider working with a personal trainer.
Certified Personal Trainers are so much more than workout guides. We have years of education, experience and specialized skills all designed to help you full understand your body and overall health. And we aren’t here to simply tell you what to do - we want to share our knowledge so that you can help yourself succeed.
So, what can you expect from working with a trainer?
First, it’s important that you feel comfortable with who you’re working with. We consider trainer-client relationships to be very important, and want to make sure you feel comfortable enough to communicate not only what you’re struggling with, but anything else that might be going on in your life that could be affecting your health. We operate in a judgement free zone - so you should never feel embarrassed or guilty when asking questions or disclosing personal information.
To that end, you should also expect for us to want to know more than just your fitness goals. In order for us to prescribe a fitness or nutrition plan that will work for you, we need the 360 degree view. We want to know about your history, your personal life, your work life, what you eat, how you sleep and everything in between. Fitness is not a one size fits all, so we want to know everything that makes you unique.
Finally, expect to work hard. If you come to us with a goal of living a healthier life, you better believe we will hold you to whatever plan we come up with together. We give you the tools, it’s up to you to do the work.
When it comes to your health, you have nothing to lose. Still not sure if personal training is right for you? We offer free consultations with any one of our amazingly talented and helpful trainers. What are you waiting for?
