Yoga

This class incorporates a slow, steady warm-up to bring balance to the mind, followed by powerful sun salutation to increase inner heat and build cardiovascular health, along with balance postures, strengthening postures, and introduction to fun postures like inversions. Modifications are offered for every posture, making this class suitable for students of all experience levels. Advanced students will be offered more challenging postures. Students will leave this class feeling strong, balanced, open and renewed.

Cycling

A fun fast-paced group cycling class. This class focuses on pushing you to step outside your comfort zone. Cycling is simple and easy to follow- and the awesome music is just a bonus!

Boot Camp

Expect a new challenge every week: functional movements, battle ropes, burpees, kettlebell swings, just to name a few. (Wait- did we say BURPEES!?) Bootcamp can be individual or team-based activities, often different and innovative high calorie burning, sweat dripping classes. Every day is something new, from weight-training to cardio based, bootcamps have it all.

Barre

A fusion of yoga, Pilates and ballet barre basics, Barre focuses on strengthening, lengthening and toning the entire body by using light weights and heavy reps, resistance bands and exercise balls. No dance experience is required!
