MISSION STATEMENT

Our mission is to provide wellness initiatives to diverse organizations within the Greater Cleveland area; we do this through education and community engagement that promotes physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing. Trilogy aims to empower your people’s wellbeing – mind and body – to improve their day-to-day lives. We believe in healthier, happier people who in-turn create a healthier, happier community.

VISION STATEMENT

Our vision at Trilogy is to create a healthier, happier community within the Greater Cleveland area and beyond! We believe wellness should be accessible to everyone, no matter their circumstances. Trilogy aims to reimagine what wellness means by bringing wellness to the individual. We use industry knowledge to provide easy-to-apply wellness initiatives – empowering people to decide what wellness means on their terms

MEET OUR TEAM

Ricky Buoncore

Ricky Buoncore is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher with a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Physiology from Ohio University. He has been involved in the fitness industry since 2010 as a trainer, fitness director and club manager. The positive energy he brings to work with each client is directed towards both physical and mental wellness. He specializes in core muscle development, functional strength, flexibility and range of motion.

Prior to his time at Trilogy, Ricky was the Head Track & Field Coach at Aurora High School, his alma mater where he was also an All-Ohio Track Athlete.

Leah Wetterau

Manager, Wellness and Operations

Leah Wetterau is a graduate of both Kent State University and Cuyahoga Community College. She is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and holds an ACSM Exercise is Medicine credential. She is also working towards becoming a Certified Wellness Practitioner through the National Wellness Institute.

Leah has been involved in the fitness industry since 2016 as a personal trainer, and has worked with clients of all ages and abilities. She has been involved with Corporate Wellness since 2021. During her time, she worked with organizations to manage internal health and wellness initiatives, set up corporate challenges, and organize wellness workshops.

Outside of work, Leah enjoys walking, biking, hiking, and generally being active. She loves food, Cleveland sports, and spending time with friends, family, and pets.

Gabi Cindric

Wellness Coordinator

Gabi is a graduate of Hiram College where she received her Bachelor’s of Integrative Exercise Science degree. She is experienced with training individuals in the general population. Gabi also teaches a variety of exercise classes that involve strength training, bootcamp style, and HIIT cardio classes.

Gabi focuses on habit change and encouragement for those in the general population on how to integrate wellness into their lives in a way that works for them.

Gabi is someone who has been where many others have been or are, and takes pride in educating others to become advocates for their own health. She is also passionate about getting others to understand that it is never too late to become a healthier, better version of themselves.

Armando Arellano II

Wellness Coordinator

Armando Arellano II is an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist with dual Bachelors in Exercise Science and Health Promotion and Education from Baldwin Wallace University, and Masters of Education in Exercise Science at Cleveland State University. He has been working in the fitness field since 2011 as an assistant coach, group exercise instructor and traveling health coach. He specializes in small group training from HIIT to Core Classes, and corporate health coaching and wellness programming.

Armando currently teaches Exercise Science at Cleveland State University, and also is a Men’s Physique competitor, having competed in several events and has taken an overall title. His overall experience in health and wellness can help you reach your goals.
